Psychotherapy services

Jane’s current, advanced training in relational Transactional Analysis counselling and psychotherapy is enhancing her capacity to work with, amongst others, those struggling to care for themselves whilst caring for others.  She offers a warm working relationship with clients from a wide range of backgrounds, providing a safe, inclusive, welcoming and confidential space within which to explore problems and issues.  She delights in accompanying clients as they work to grow in self-awareness, self-understanding and self-compassion.

Jane Tillier and Geoff Hopping are hosting a four night therapeutic retreat 16th – 20th November 2020 that offers an opportunity to learn and grow through being together in the beautiful setting of Launde Abbey, a retreat centre in the heart of England that is open and welcoming to all. Both Jane and Geoff work with grounded warmth, empathy, intuitive insight and experiential wisdom. They are enjoying the fruitful exchange of ideas around relational psychotherapy, mental wellbeing and spirtuality and offer retreat participants a precious opportunity to experience ‘being together’ as a way of soul relaxation and personal renewal.
